GAIA Inc. Supports Staff with Back-To-School Supplies

July 25, 2013, Bridgetown, Barbados – Employees of GAIA Inc. whose children sat the Barbados Secondary School Entrance Examination this year have been given assistance with the purchasing of Back-To-School supplies.

During a ceremony at our corporate offices, fourteen (14) students received vouchers to help with the purchase of books and uniforms. They were also presented with GAIA Inc. Certificate of Achievement and Student Planners. 

The initiative, now in its second year, is part of the Employee Relations Programme managed by the Human Resources Department of GAIA Inc.

Board Member and Guest speaker, Mrs. Kay Robertson in addressing the gathering, admonish the students to work hard, be of good character and always be positive.

Chief Executive Officer, David Barrow told the audience that given the present economic situation, GAIA Inc. was delighted to be able to assist staff in helping them and their children with a smooth transition from primary to secondary school.
